I have been so impressed with Brompton Heights! The staff goes above and beyond to care for, entertain and keep their residents happy and involved. They have old movie nights with popcorn, arts & crafts activities, holiday celebrations, dances, and ice cream socials. Day to day the staff is caring and the supervisors are present and responsive. The food is great too! All in all, I am very happy with the care the residents receive at Brompton Heights!

Brampton heights is an amazing facility, they go above and beyond their residents and staff. When I have to place my parents in a facility Brampton heights will be at the top of the list! Keep up the good work!!
My Mom has lived at BH since April of 2023. The staff is caring, patient, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They go out of their way multiple times a day to help my Mom with her needs. I have witnessed countless acts of kindness on the part of the staff towards the residents. The nursing staff does an excellent job of overseeing my Mom’s medical needs and answering my questions about her care. The employees seem happy to work at BH and there is low staff turnover. This is helpful for the residents so they see familiar people taking care of them on a daily basis. There are a wide range of activities for the residents to participate in. The activities staff is fun, engaging, dedicated and truly interested in providing meaningful activities for the residents. Before my Mom moved in, I looked at several other facilities but decided on BH because of my first impressions. I instantly saw how much the staff truly cared about the residents. I’m so glad my Mom is a member of the BH family.
Memory care was a huge disappointment. Some of the aides were verbally abusive. The day before my mother’s move, I was scrapping dried feces from the floor. Strong smell of urine was imbedded in the carpet. The aides wouldn’t assist my mother walking back to her room and she fell. They sent her to the hospital and refused to take her back. No compassion.
Brompton Heights is a beautiful facility with awesome staff and wonderful residents, I am proud to be a part of this great team, they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door!
