We moved my mother-in-law into the Independent Living facility almost two month ago and she's settling in and so happy. She constantly mentions how friendly everyone is and is now involved in several activities weekly: water aerobics, painting, Rummikub. There are so many fun options to explore. The staff has been so nice and accommodating and truly cares about their residents. Mom had several choices of where she could live and this is hands down the best one. A special thanks to Tracey for keeping an eye on her and letting me know how she's doing. We couldn't be happier!

Very impressive- The staff is friendly, attentive, and truly cares about the residents' well-being. With spacious apartments, delicious meals, and top-notch amenities, it’s a great place for seniors to thrive. Highly recommend!
Moved mom here in May and by July she was gone. They refused to get her up to walk because she was in a wheelchair and she developed blood clots. If your loved one is in a wheelchair, this is not the place for them. Move them closer to you regardless of whether they like it or not. If you are able to get around, this might be a nice place to live. The food is good and they have music and many activities.
Watermark at Broadway Cityview is truly a wonderful place to live. We have been here for 3 months and know we have definitely made the right choice. All the staff has been so friendly and helpful. The food is tasteful and delicious. The Sunday brunches far exceed our expectations. We especially thank Chef Paul and server David for making our anniversary dinner very special. Our apartment is spacious and we are impressed with the brightness and overall cleanliness of the whole complex. We love the variety of activities, especially the bi-weekly happy hours where they bring in various musical talent. I moved my Mom to Independent living at the Watermark last summer after my Dad passed and we both couldn't be happier with our choice. The staff is kind, helpful and available 24/7. They have many activities daily such as a variety of exercise classes, art classes, organized games, live music, excursions....the list goes on...there's plenty to do and something for everyone. The complex is lovely, being an enclosed gated community which makes it easy and safe for walking and biking. We look forward to many happy years here.
