I recently visited with James, who took over earlier this year as the new Administrator at Broadmoor. His energy, concern for finding the best staff and passion for quality patient care were impressive. From the fresh-baked cookies at the front desk to the clean facility and caring staff, I could tell that Broadmoor is continually improving and they prioritize a compassionate patient experience and outcomes. I would be very comfortable referring my mom to Broadmoor for any rehab or long-term care needs.

My husband and I chose this facility for my mom who has a diagnosis of dementia. We cared for my mom for 8 years in our home before she required a higher level of care . The staff are caring, kind , and provide great care . Both Rachel ‘s(admissions coordinator and CNA are outstanding. Grace , Amanda , Juanita, Mary , Analysen are fantastic! The only disappointment is the unprofessional conduct of the social worker, Angela Grover . We are pleased to hear she will no longer be an employee at this facility.
My mom went for a few respite days here. Overall the experience was good. On the last day there were some issues, however the staff were very attentive and the issue was dealt with professionally and promptly. Everyone was welcoming and very nice and the facility was very clean
Broadmoor Medical Lodge is a great place for a loved one who needs physical therapy rehab. They were good to my mother in law. She had no problems/complaints at all while she was there recovering. The staff is very kind and worked well with us.
My mother spent quite a bit of time here on the skilled nursing side. She was very comfortable with the staff and the physical therapy team. We appreciate the level of care they provided and loved all that interacted with mom. Thank you Broadmoor for helping us take care of mom.
