We had a beautiful luncheon served to us by Brinton Manor for Veterans Day. Brian was amazing as well as the rest of the staff (I’m sorry I didn’t get their names), they made our loved one Mr. Willie Hilton have a memorable day. Happy Veterans Day to All!

My 86 year old father has been there for two weeks and we are moving him today due to negligence. However, the PT team is the only good part but it is only on weekdays. On weekends he lays in bed-80 hours straight. They forced him into diapers even though he was only slightly incontinent and then they insist he not call them for help toileting and "go in the diaper" and they will change him when they can. But they don't. He will lay in excess of 3 hours before being attended to. Heartbreaking. He is told there is no one to bathe him-they are out with Covid - two weeks now. We continually ask what medication he is being given and the person administering it doesn't even know. So we asked for a meds list and have yet to receive it. He has limited use of his arms and hands and requires assistance eating. He is on his own there. They drop off the tray and leave - sometimes he cannot even reach the tray to attempt eating. The food is absolutely disgusting anyway. He is on a horrid hallway and I could keep going on about how bad this is. Do not even consider this place for a loved one or yourself.
My uncle is there due to his health. The place is small and nestled in the woods. Although the facility is dated, my interaction with the staff and their care towards my uncle has been very good. It’s been years since I’ve seen him look so well. He speaks highly of his caregivers and that alone speaks volumes. Thank you 🙏
If I could leave a NEGATIVE 5 star review I would… This facility is filthy, staff is NEGLIGENT towards patients, and staff is also dishonest. The “Medical Records Coordinator” Marcus messed up numerous appointments and transports for my father which DELAYED PATIENT CARE for my fathers multiple conditions. Marcus FORGOT to schedule a transport to “Select Ambulance” and then tried to blame the Ambulance company until I called them directly to see what was going on. Marcus shook my hand and LIED TO MY FACE and also to my father. I also think the Administrator Andrew was in on it and played along with the story but that man is another issue. The administrator Andrew allows this nonsense to continue day after day while our loved ones suffer. My father acquired ulcers due to withering in bed all day without being rotated or tended to. Facility is dirty, walked in to urine on the floor multiple times, father rushed to ER for foley catheter BREAKING in half?!?! I’ve walked in to food all over my fathers gown and sheets - staff ignores call bells for extended periods of time. My fathers wheelchair went missing multiple times or the facility would send him to an appointment without the leg rests?! My dad also fell in PT and got a leg abrasion due to his walker not being fully open. Asked for night nurse supervisor to call me and she ignored my request. Please do your research, a different patient recently died from this facilities NEGLECT which you can look up online**** After speaking with multiple Delco residents who shared horrible experiences - they all express concerns of dishonesty, cleanliness, and neglect. This facility needs to be shut down! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
