My 91 plus year old father has been a resident at Brilliance Assisted living for about two and one half years now. It has been a great facility for him and there is nowhere else I would rather him be. The staff at Brilliance do a great job of taking care of him and I have great confidence in them. They treat all their residents with great care, compassion, and professionalism. All members of the staff are friendly and kind and I enjoy visiting with them as I visit my dad. Members of the staff and I frequently share laughs and I have gotten to know many of them. I am always encouraged that the employees constantly speak to the residents and carry on conversations with them. The staff members don’t retreat to private offices to complete paperwork. Instead, they sit at the tables with the residents and complete their work as they interact with the residents. The caretakers talk and converse with the residents constantly and each resident is hugged or rubbed or patted on the back many times during the course of the day. The folks at Brilliance keep me informed of how my dad is doing and any issues that arise. The kitchen staff prepares good looking meals and the housekeeping staff always ensures the facility is clean. There are no unpleasant odors that many other facilities have. The atmosphere at Brilliance promotes safe, friendly, and pleasant living. Brilliance is the best place for my dad at this point in his life and I look forward to continuing our great relationship with the staff.
My parents lived at Brilliance since 2000. Lost my mother in 2021. Lost my dad in October 2023. I cannot say enough good about Brilliance. The owner is a physician who cares about his residents. The residents are lovely, happy people. The food is good. The facility is spotless. The staff are great. The RN staff are top notch and very responsive to my every question and concern about my parentsI will sing Debbie’s praises until my dying day.. The folks at Brilliance, all of them, took me in as their own each time I came to visit. Absolutely A1senior residence. My parents were both very happy here. I felt they were in good hands.
My mother is a resident at Brilliance and she has been there almost two years. I am so pleased with the care and the services they provide. I know my mother is safe and well cared for! The staff is friendly and interacts beautifully with the residents and visiting family members. The facility is gorgeous and very well maintained. Debbie is very proactive in taking care of the residents and eager to keep them healthy and happy. I haven't seen or heard of a better Assisted Living Facility than Brilliance!
My Dad has been in the memory care unit for a year and we are very pleased with the facility. The staff is very friendly and are very attentive to the residents. My family feels reassured that my Dad is in good hands. The food there is fantastic. The atmosphere is very welcoming and everything feels fresh and clean.
