Visited a friend and on arrival was sad to observe a resident being treated rudely and dispectfully by reception staff. There's no excuse for making another person feel so distressed, particularly in his own home. Everyone else waiting at reception watched this rudeness. Our friend has overall received good care in his time there, hence 3 stars.
