Brightwater is impossible to contact by phone. I am trying all morning, I have tried every number possible, keeps ringing out and returning to the original automated message. What if this was an emergency? I spoke to a the relatives of my client, they say the same, they need to ring and ring and ring for days before someone picks up. I rang the 1300 number, she could only confirm that the number I am ringing is correct. Dora from the 1300 number connected me but no-one picked up the phone. Every time I proceeded to chose an option, it took me back to the main menu. It looks like I need to drive there. Go on Brightwater! There must be a way you can answer your calls!
