I was invited to the Christmas friends and family gathering on 12/04/2024 and the entire evening was delightful! A pianist provided holiday background music which certainly lifted the spirits of all present. The food was excellent and the wait staff was superb. They were friendly and dedicated to making sure all the guests' needs were satisfied. The chef and cook crew were excellent at their craft and no one went away hungry. Of course, for me, the best part was the dessert! Chocolate cake is always a winner in my book, although, I understand the raspberry cheese cake was also good. A visit to our table by the new manager made me feel welcomed and her pleasant personality made me feel the residents were her first concern. I have visited Bright View White Marsh many times over four years and have always been impressed with the quality of care provided to all residents. Please know all staff members are appreciated by me!

Wonderful Thanksgiving luncheon! Fun to spend time with my friend who lives there and have some delicious Thanksgiving favorites. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

The folks at Brightview White Marsh are outstanding. We began interviewing assisted living facilities for mom and Brightview was first on our list. Later that day we where informed that mom needed hospice not rehab so we needed to move fast. The front-end staff there helped us navigate the process and we were ready to move mom in just 4 days! Mom spent her last days under home hospice at BV. We had no major issues than the elevator overheating. Every time we visited mom was in good spirits and clean. The caregivers where very patient and understanding of mom’s special needs. She enjoyed the food very much. On the note of food, we ate there often with mom, and it was really good. They make a dam good orange chicken! We also enjoyed their daily happy hour with mom in the courtyard or out front in the rockers. Thanks Again to the staff at Brightview White Marsh for making mom’s last days as comfortable as possible!
I can't express how incredibly grateful I am for everyone there at Brightview, White Marsh. Every single person we encountered was just absolutely amazing and so genuinely caring. I honestly didn't think that level of kindness even existed in this world. In our darkest days they showed my Dad pure kindness and treated him with love like he was their own. My dad was terminally ill and on hospice, as a family we knew we needed a level of care that far exceeded what we could do for him at home. Although he did not get much time with these angels on earth, I'm forever grateful and I can't thank you enough.
