OUTSTANDING visit with my Aunt Charlene Jackson. She’s as BEAUTIFUL as the place she stays. The people are so very, very, NICE!! What a BLESSING and wonderful time My Beautiful Wife and I had with her and enjoyed seeing the place.❤️
When my father‘s health declined suddenly, I conducted an exhaustive search of senior living facilities in Montgomery County, Maryland and found Brightview at West End. Brightview West End offered all of the services and features my mom and dad were looking for. However, the professionalism of the staff and their genuine concern for their residents as well as the personal relationships they build within the community far exceeded anything we expected. The leadership team has been incredibly responsive and flexible, and it is clear that all of the staff truly enjoy their role there and go far beyond excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Brightview West End for your special parents.
What a gem and a fantastic location! The welcoming and friendly atmosphere here is truly remarkable. I've had the pleasure of being assisted by Kate Etley on several occasions, and I must say she is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Her assistance with tours and information have been invaluable. Highly recommend!!!
My experience with Brightview was much shorter than I had hoped. In short time I dealt with them, I can say the following: - They were very patient with me and answered all my questions about whether or not Brightview was the right place for my dad (he needed enhanced assisted living and they were able to partner with JSSA for hospice to get him in) - When visiting the facility to talk to them they had a "family night" and you could see the staff seemed happy to be there even though the event was "after hours" - They made the process of getting my dad from rehab to their facility as painless as possible - The staff who as assisting with my dad were extremely friendly, caring, and proactive. Just like during the family night you could see the staff enjoyed their work. In fact, within the first few days my dad was there I sent 2 emails complimenting various staff members for their work - The facility was very nice, modern and clean - The overall communication from all levels of staff was great
