I have numerous clients that have moved into this community and each one has been so happy with their experience so far. Over time I've attended some of their open house events & met much of the staff and I can tell that this community puts hospitality first. They leave such a great impression every time I am there!
Brightview Devon exceeded our expectations. My 92 year old mother has been living in independent living for two years now. The staff at Brightview is like family to her - always a smile and offering to help out. They all work together to make it a special place to call home. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you to Adam and his staff for taking such good care of our beloved mom and all the other Brightview residents.
***6 month update: There have been a few major recent issues about the quality of my loved one’s care. Most of these were a consequence of Covid protocols. I spoke with management about these and they listened. *** This is a new facility that shows beautifully. From the moment you walk in, it’s evident you’re in a comfortable, caring, artfully designed environment. Comfy but with a refined, modern, warm aesthetic. It’s very welcoming and quite beautiful. It’s also head and shoulders above every other retirement and memory care facility—and we’ve looked at a LOT. Beyond showing beautifully, though—by far the best part—are their employees. The concierge, management, maintenance, and especially the loving employees who provide daily care...The great majority are warm-hearted, professional, and sincerely caring about the residents. They anticipate needs. They are gracious. They are kind. They are patient. They are the gold standard. Don’t deliberate. Don’t equivocate. Come visit. You’ll see what I’m taking about.
My job is to help move seniors into Retirement communities so I’ve been in many In the Tri State area Brightview is at the top of my list they have a helpful friendly staff. The Decor of The building is warm and inviting and impeccably clean it was a pleasure working there for the day
