I simply can’t say enough wonderful things about Brightview, Catonsville!!! Every single member of the Brightview team is infectious!!! I toured 14 facilities before presenting Brightview Catonsville to my mom. The moment I walked in, I was blown away. This place absolutely beamed with vibrancy, love and genuine enjoyment. I felt this from the infectious staff that was dancing, laughing and intentionally seeing everyone, to the residents themselves who where so engaged with one another. My mom has now been a Brightview family member for10 months and she is living her absolute best life!! She has so many friends and feels so loved!!! My favorite part of my visits is seeing the staff and residents/family beam when my mom walks into the room. The genuine love is reciprocated by mom as she beams from ear to ear right back! Brightview loves well. The leadership will tolerate nothing less and it shows. To work at Brightview means you are vibrant, you respect everyone and your daily walk exudes that. My husband has said it best. “It’s like mom has gone to college all over again.” Every single day is a new adventure. She’s never ever bored (in fact I have to be penciled in between her activities…to the point that now when I visit I just join in😍😍😍🥰 I can’t express how thankful I am that Brightview has given my mom the best of the best for her life now!!! I’m eternally grateful

My Aunt, Billie Jean, resided at Brightview Catonsville for a little over 8 years. Sadly she passed in August, but she lived for over 104 years! I imagine those 8 years were hard on her as she was a very independent woman! Yet the staff at Brightview and the residents made her feel so welcomed and at home. The live music they provided was her absolute favorite, especially since she played multiply instruments and sang opera. While she was still ambulatory she loved the outings as well. But the most important part was the exceptional care the staff provided. I would visit from the West Coast every four months and could not have been more pleased with how she was treated, looked after and loved by all!!!!! I will miss my visits with her and the staff, who welcomed me back each time over the past 8 years.
Moved my mom in at the end of Sept 2024 from a rehab center. I could tell the moment I walked in, that this place was a " a well run, fine oiled machine". The care from staff is wonderful. Staff are competent, professional, responsive, caring, easy to reach and speak to about concerns. Staff coordinate with each other and work with the family & resident. The building and apartments are beautiful, spacious & well maintained, a large variety of activities on-site & off site, food is very good, residents are friendly and welcoming. Collaborating PT, OT & Medical teams are skilled and care about my mom. I can finally rest knowing my mom is in very good hands. Thank you Brightview Catonsville.
A great life choice! My mother-in-law received wonderful care at Brightview. The staff was so kind and caring and she was very comfortable with them. They were like extended family to us. And the facility is gorgeous and so reasonably priced. They have so much to offer.
I have a friend who is just moving to Brightview. Her experience so far has been excellent for the most part. However for some reason service at dinner was extremely slow. Also the food served with the main course was dried out- maybe too much time in a warming tray without a cover over it? Tough scalloped potatoes and dried out pork tenderloin. She had a near choking episode on the meat. Fortunately she was able to recover but it frightened all of us. Hopefully this can be improved.
