I have the honor of visiting the residents at Brightview Arlington on regular basis to share music. Every visit, I get see happy residents enjoying a program or visiting with family or engaging with the kind and caring staff. Robin and Lisa are fantastic activity directors who love what they do and are always finding new ways to celebrate the residents. On my most recent visit, I had the privilage of serenading the residents during the 'birthday social' and we all had fun in the bistro area and enjoyed music and birthday cake! I LOVE this amazing community and am thankful for ALL the staff who bring so much joy to the residents. Thank you for all you do🙏🙏❤️❤️

I was warmly greeted upon my arrival and received the most courteous and cordial aid from your staff and volunteers. As usual, breakfast was generous and delicious. I much look forward to Second Tuesdays ! Mike Alogna
My wife and I attend the Veterans breakfast once a month at the Brightview in Arlington and we are greeted by Sue at the front desk and enjoy a very nice breakfast made for the Veterans consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and home fries - Kristen and Steve host the event and their warm and friendly to all of us Veterans. The staff is outstanding and the place is clean and beautiful.
After a long time of my mom being in a nursing home that did not give her good care, let alone dignity and respect, my family and I transferred my mom to Brightview Arlington.. She was placed on the 2nd floor Enhanced Care unit. The day of my mom’s departure from the crappy Nursing home she was at, a nurse informed her that she would not do well at Brightview and would not receive care. So to say she was nervous and scared (85 years old, and confined to a bed and wheel chair) is an understatement. Within the first 15 minutes of her arrival at Brightview my mom was a new person, or her old self I should say. The staff filtered in and introduced themselves and were so very kind affectionate and caring, she was so happy to call this her home. Lisa Sabatino was PHENOMENAL in looking after my mom and her care. Her care takers were always smiling and encouraging my mom to do more and eat more which she did. In addition Lisa made herself available to my family 7 days a week and made sure that my mom’s needs were met, whether they be emotionally, or physically. Lisa is truly Wonder Woman!!!! She was 100% all in for her patients and made sure they had the best of what they needed. Staff was again so friendly encouraging and patient. They treated my mom like she was their own mom. My mom passed away a few months ago. No one wants to spend their last moments in a nursing home, unfortunately for many they will. However for those last days or months or years, whatever they may be, they should be treated with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Brightview Arlington gave her all of this. My mom passed in her “Home.” And she knew she was loved and cared for. To that end, my family and I could not ask for anything more. We will forever be grateful to Brightview, Lisa Sabatino, and all the staff for their kindness and compassion. I only hope when it’s my turn, god willing the caretakers I have are at least half as good as the Brightview team.
My mother has been a resident of Brightview Arlington for a few years now and I cannot say enough about how helpful caring and thoughtful the staff are! My mother has been a resident of Brightview Arlington on the Wellspring level. Lisa Sabatino has been instrumental in helping me and my family navigate a painful time as my mother progresses in Alzheimer's. Her caring, thoughtful and above and beyond approach has been incredible. She remembers details, checks in and updates us on all the changes and important details and does so with care and compassion. She is truly an asset to Brightview!
