I was a patient at the Lancaster,Ohio office and now I am a patient at the Zanesville, Ohio office and at both places I have been treated with love and respect. All the employees are very kind and they genuinely care about the patients. Getting clean and staying clean is the hardest thing I have ever done and I wouldn't have been able to do that without the help from Brightview. Thankyou for giving me my life back.

I highly recommend Bright View . I’ve been going there for almost 2 years now and the people that work there are so very sweet. I’ve never had not 1 problem, no complaints about anything. Great Staff. I’m very thankful Zanesville has this business. There should be more to help people.
I've only seen I believe only 3 sub doctor's sense I've been in the program. One of them was a nightmare of a place. It was so bad for me that I switched places and chose to pay 200 dollars a month instead. That's not something you do if your on a budget. Then it got to where I couldn't pay for my visit. I even had my doctor call me privately and tell me he would work with me on my payment because he'd liked me . But I found brighteview and all honesty and no lie it's the best place that I've ever been to. The office people are truly nice without having to try. It comes natural with their office workers, they got lucky and the right ones was all looking for jobs at the same time. And the doctors and all the other staff have been such a blessing to me. In a way they might have saved my life without them even knowing it. I do not think I ever told all of them that. I went in one time I was having neck pain it was over whelming. I had come in three months in a row complaining about it, and telling them each time that I was going to go to the hospital. But the third time I come in they knew that would put of going to the hospital again like I had the last 2 months. Plus I was feeling so weird I knew I wasn't myself and they did also.So when I came out of my meeting with my counselor or my doctor I can not recall but their was a ambulance waiting on me. I didn't have to go with them it was my choice. But the look in all the staff's eyes the genuine concern and the way I could tell they truly cared about me i decided to go. See I never treated my mom badly never and at this time I went off on her and other people in my family and my friends whom I always respected before. Brightview didn't know i was not myself at this time, only that my neck was killing me. When I got to the hospital and tests where done two things came back very disturbing. 1 I had a broken neck, and it had been broken 2 times before they could tell but how the fractures were healing. Now number 2 see when my neck broke one them times blood had gotten into my spinal fluid and viscera. They told me the infection that I had would kill me within 2 weeks if I didn't let them give me a continuous drip of this medicine for a month. So same day I go from brightview to hospital I have major neck surgery that day. Couple days later I was taking my meds at hospital and my neck breaks again. This time they went in threw the back of my neck and replaced 5 vertebrae with pines screws and plates. Them I was sent to a place that I could go out and smoke 4 times a day and have that continuous drop that I has to take for 6 and a half weeks not 4. The moral of the story is that I would not have gone to the hospital either. That's the truth I called my mom and told her I wasn't going to hospital before I found out their was an ambulance waiting for me. See I rent a room from someone, just a room for 300 a month. And I didn't get along with the guy upstairs and the girl downstairs stays up 3 and four days in a row and sleeps just the same and she never comes upstairs for nothing so if they wouldn't have cared enough to call an ambulance I would not have gone to hospital and I wouldn't have gone no matter how sick I got either. At the time I didn't care if I lived out not to be honest.. So I wouldn't have even posted this either if been dead. But after I got out of hospital I had that fight for life back started going to church every chance I has and wanted to live wanted to wake every morning again. Brightview did that for me. It's the best place anyone could go if they are taking pills the wrong way or on other types of drugs so if your looking for a place and read this post I'm telling the truth and I'm a really patient their. And they really did with a combined effort truly saved my life out right. They cared about my life at a time that I didn't. Kinda like my bundle of guardian angels. I love ya all and thanks so much for all you do for me. Craig Lightfoot.
