BrightStar Care of Fairfax has consistently provided my family with high-quality, trained, and experienced personnel. The caregivers have always been friendly and performed their jobs maintaining respect for the individual patient needs. I also found a particular caregiver, Alpha K, especially talented and helpful with his suggestions related to care helping me be a better caregiver for my husband when I am in charge. I highly recommend using BrightStar for your loved ones caregiving needs.
Yesterday I said goodbye to my caregiver, Rahel. Her loving care and support over the past three months was extraordinary. Her cheerful smile and delightful personality along with her maturity and skill as a caregiver made my recovery from spinal surgery a pleasant experience. She made sure I did my exercises, wore my brace, walked every day and, of course, took my blood pressure. We had fun walking at the mall and watching travelogues and some movies. BrightStar is so lucky to have her.
The BrightStar team, from the Care Managers to our caregivers, are knowledgeable, reassuring, and caring. My mother had fairly significant needs and was resistant to any help, yet our primary caregiver Lilian was amazing with her, gaining her trust. Lilian was consistently calm, caring, and incredibly helpful for my mother. She's a wealth of experience and gave us much-needed break from caregiving. Our other caregiver Kaylan brought such warmth and cheer with my mother. And she was incredibly quick with any tasks we had. I deeply appreciate both of them for helping our family through a very difficult time.
We have used another bright star Aid to assist my husband, Nakaya has been a godsend she is personal she's has compassion and she has the skills to take care of those with Parkinson and dementia. BrightStar has a wonderful way of screening their employees and we are very thankful to Bright Star because they've always sent us the right match.
