My 98 year old Aunt has been living here for 2 months. Her level of care was serious when she arrived but now she is so much better. With their therapy, patience and constant assurance that she was safe, she thrived beyond belief!!! My Aunt is happy, healthy and safe. Is there anything else? lol! A big shout out to Julie for making the onboarding process seamless and to Krystle for her constant guidance and support with her health. Also a big thank you to Joanie, at the front desk, who does it all with a smile! Thank you, Brighton!

We recently transitioned our mother who is 94 but independent to Brighton Gardens assisted living. After visiting MANY facilities, we (including my mother) were impressed by the staff. Although the facility is beautiful and sunny, it was the warm and engaging staff that made the deepest impression for us.
The staff was very friendly. Everyone seemed happy, and felt very cozy and warm like home auction for my mom.
From the moment we walked into Brighton Gardens for our initial tour, we knew it was the perfect community for mom. As soon as you walk in the front door, you notice the décor, which is bright, airy and cheerful. Unlike other facilities we have experienced, that atmosphere continues throughout the facility and into the residential areas, including mom's room, which we outfitted and decorated with her own furnishings, to really 'make it home.' Between meals and activities, such as arts and crafts, Bingo, news and events, exercise and more, there is always something happening in the community, though mom's was always singing and dancing. When mom first arrived, we worried that she might decide to spend her time in her room watching TV. But every morning, she is anxious to get up, and go downstairs to take part in everything that was happening. But most of all, it is the people that make Brighton Gardens such an enjoyable experience. Mom is very good at making friends quickly and easily, and that's exactly what she did, with both residents and staff. And speaking of the staff, we couldn't have asked for a better group of people. Each and every one making mom feel welcome from her very first day. Care managers take it personally to get to know mom's needs, and fulfill those needs night and day. And the management staff too became not just the folks running the facility, but true friends to mom, recognizing her happiness is their happiness. Too many 'superlatives' about Brighton Gardens are racing through my mind to try and arrange them in any cohesive way. But, suffice it to say, for those who want peace of mind knowing their loved ones are being cared for in the most compassionate way, consider Brighton Gardens of Middletown.
Julie was so cordial and answered all my questions. I look forward to the living experience there!
