This is a wonderful community and I love our Castle Rock model, especially the kitchen!

I think the houses are beautiful however it’s the community. I live on Van Horn so our back yard faces Del Webb (unfortunately). They constantly call the township on us for being to loud at 2 PM no city ordinance for loudness at 2 PM. They called because we had chickens that are disturbing even though they don’t free Rome. Or if they don’t like looking or listening to what we are doing on our PROPERTY they call and seem to always get what they want. I wish the community was better!!!!!
I love the neighborhood, and unlike others, apparently, I love the sounds of the surrounding neighbors, except the one who has a shooting range in their backyard. I moved from a neighborhood in another state and gunfire was common and it wasn't because of target practice, so it was unnerving to hear in the country. I love the fact there are rabbits, deer, geese, ducks, chipmunks and deer, even though some eat the greenery. I only gave it four stars because of the quality of the homes. I was one of the last homes built and it was obvious Pulte wanted out. The door frame to my basement is crooked and very obvious when coming up the stairs. I am the second owner and noticed this right away. Pulte also put up damaged kitchen cabinets and even though I bought the home while still under warranty they refused to remedy the situation. The floors are uneven. The closet by the garage door is so shallow that the hangers do not fit in the closet. The hangers turn in order for the door to close. Also the placing of the light switches are obscure. The light switch for the hallway lights by the garage are two feet into the living room. The garage door openers attached to the wall in the garage are reversed and are also about 8 feet off the floor one has to stand on the top step and reach really high to activate them, not good for seniors.
Jenny at the front desk is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! One of the rudest, most uneducated and unprofessional service workers I have ever came across. I’ve had multiple interactions with this lady since working in this neighborhood, she has been nothing but disrespectful, demeaning, and flat out RUDE! Other than that this is a beautiful community! :)
We have lived in Bridgewater for 9 years and it is a wonderful place to live! Quality was great in homes built earlier, but with the huge surge in construction across the US, good construction workers are hard to find and quality has suffered. But most problems are resolved satisfactorily. Unfortunately there are people who like to complain about everything, but the staff is hard working, dedicated and caring. And the broad spectrum of activities are great! Innumerable nice people play golf, pickle ball, take fitness classes, bus trips, enjoy game nights - the list goes on and on. Join us. New friends await you and you’re gonna love it!
