Our mom moved to Bridgepointe Gardens on opening day. It is a five star facility. She has met so many great people and participates in fun activities everyday. The staff are so caring and friendly. The residents all seem to enjoy being in their new home. Bingo is a resident favorite, Jenga, crafts, outside entertainers come in to perform. Residents enjoy their own movie theater, chapel, on site gym and game room, and daily meals prepared in restaurant. We love that the facility is brand new in a great location and everything is accessible for handicapped. Nurse is always on staff which gives family peace of mind. Prescriptions are handled on site and never have to worry about having meds on time. Rooms are very spacious and modern. We are so happy we found Bridgepointe Gardens.
Beautiful, clean and comfortable feeling environment and a staff that never fails to have big smiles on their faces. Residents are always cheerful and up having a great time!
We recently moved my father to Bridgepointe Gardens in Jeffersonville in November 2023. As soon as you enter the front doors, you are welcomed with a warm smile and a beautiful lobby with a lovely library area off to the right. The nursing staff are fantastic and truly care about each and every resident. The administrative team communicates well with family members and works tirelessly to ensure a smooth transition for the resident and family members. The Activities Director does a fabulous job in planning activities and events each week. There are additional amenities at the facility to include a fitness room, game room, a movie theater room, and an inviting back patio overlooking a pond with a walking trail. If you are looking for a warm and inviting Assisted Living venue, Bridgepointe Gardens is an excellent choice!
Memory Care- u have questions, you won't get answers, emails sent, zero replies. Our person does not need to be in memory care, passed nurses evaluation, was told they didn't need to be there, should be in assisted living. Can't get anyone to respond to voicemails either. Had high hopes for this place. Not sure what our plan will be now. Do research b4 leaving your person here
