Horrible place.manager at the time conducted spot inspections when it was only supposed to be smoke alarm inspection.i moved out they tried to say I owed money( which I didn't) took pictures of a toilet black inside( not mine) dirty carpet(not mine) could have been anyone's apt. Or townhome.knock offblinds in Windows from govt. Housing.just totally ridiculous.wrote company a letter informing them of the goings on.didnt believe me(God forbid(.sent me a form letter.because they didn't want to know.fired the manager right after I moved out.mmmmmm..... I wouldn't recommend this place.
Management has poor customer service. They will wrongfully evict you and tell you to “go quietly.” I could win the court case but I would rather keep negative people out.
It's pretty crappy that someone who DOESN'T even live there gave a one star rating. My mom lived there, nice place. Never had problems.
Worst place to live! Management does nothing about the people who are racist against the white people. Been here for 7 years and it's nothing but drama and ignorance.
