My mother-in-law has been in rehab at Briarcliffe for two weeks. She has been treated with kindness and respect. The rehab staff has worked to get her strong. Every nurse has been wonderful and positive. The whole experience could not have been better!

This is my third admission to Briarcliffe. This place is phenomenal and well worth the 5 star rating. The same staff, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and CNA’s are still here since my first admission of September 2024! They are all friendly, professional and truly care about their patients’ comfort and wellbeing. The housekeeping and kitchen staff are the best. If you must rehab, then this is the place to be, without a doubt.
Briarcliffe is a very fine facility. My aunt is now staying there, and she tells me that the staff washes her floor daily and that her main complaint is that they give her too MUCH food. She acknowledges the warmth, kindness and support of the staff. When I walk through the door to visit my aunt, I am offered a cheerful and helpful reception. They even offer coffee in the lobby, which is immaculate. I have visited my aunt several times, and I have yet to find anyone on the staff without a warm, positive attitude. She was recently in another facility where this was decidedly not the case. Two Briarcliffe staff members, Ana and Carla, have worked very cooperatively with my brother and me with respect to my aunt's recent placement in the facility. Indeed, we are very fortunate to have found Briarcliffe Manor.
I can't say enough about the care my mother -in -law received during her recent stay at Briarcliffe Manor. The Nurses and CNAs were so kind, caring and professional. Every time she rang for assistance, they came immediately and always with a smile and a pleasant voice. My family is very grateful for all who took part in her care. Thank You to all the Nurses & CNA's, Therapy Staff & the Activity Aides who checked on her daily. The facility is so clean and so warm. If you are looking for good care with the feeling of being at home, I would definitely recommend Briarcliffe Manor to anyone. The staff definitely puts your mind at ease.
I can’t say enough about Briarcliffe! My mom has Alzheimer’s and has been in rehab at this facility. They have worked so hard to make her comfortable and calm all the while helping with her rehab. They have gone the extra mile from day 1! From the bottom of my heart this is the first time in a rehab facility that my mom has felt safe and secure. As her daughter nothing can replace that feeling for me! This process has been so difficult and Carla has made sure to reach out every step of the way to make sure I understood what was going and how to proceed with my mom. Most facilities don’t take the time to work with a family for the best interests of your loved one! These people do and they all care! I had to drop off paperwork to the business office, and Ana came out met my family and had a wonderful conversation which showed just how much each person there is invested in the well being of their patients and their patients family! If given a choice for my mom, Briarcliffe will always be my number one choice!
