NEGLECT, If you like your loved one never getting a shower sometimes a month at a time. Staff consistently changing no Don was on duty for 4 months or more. Loved ones in memory care are not being reminded of anything. They don't know there name, what day it is, where there room is. Nor do they give them a reminder to drink water. The meals are not based on their medical condition. The Neglect is so bad a man in memory care had enough time to jump out of the window in April of 2024 you can google it. He did not die from it, thank GOD. When do the residents come first. The residents that pay over $5000 a month and can't even get the 2 showers a week that is paid for. Not to mention doctor thru facility will medicate your loved one into a zombie, because staff will tell him that they need it due to erratic behavior. Only because they don't want to actually work. Its easier for them to have the residents stare at the wall or at the tv while they talk and do everything but work. When Brentwood staff members become elderly and need assistance of a facility, I hope you get the same service you provided to these residents. You will never be BLESSED treating these seniors this way. Family members with loved ones who have passed away, I suggest you get a full in detail autopsy.

The staff here is amazing! The CNAs are truly helping to turn this place around. The level of care they show to both the residents and their families is nothing short of exceptional.”
We just moved my 91 year old mom into Brentwood. The experience all of the way up until move in day was amazing. Anna was exceptional in her response time and attention to detail. When we first checked out the place, the front desk gentleman was so kind and personable. All of the staff seem so personable. We even observed the residents - all smiles. It's reassuring to know that my mom is in a place that cares.
Brentwood made an excellent decision with staff member Felice P. Initially, I had some reservations about entrusting my father's care to someone other than myself. However, a sudden work commitment necessitated this decision. From the moment I contacted Felice, she demonstrated patience and kindness in addressing my numerous inquiries. The overall atmosphere at Brentwood is warm and reassuring, providing me with a sense of peace. I am grateful for the exceptional care provided.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Sandra, Ian, and other staff I have yet to get to know. You have made my Mother’s transition into Brentwood a smooth one. I know she is well taken care of! Your attention to details and welcoming spirit has made all the difference! It gives me peace of mind to know that she is well cared for at Brentwood!
