We are apartment flooring the wall area, and came across the Brea in Wendell Falls, we did a walk in and didn’t know what to expect, but were immediately greeted by Lindsay, who was instantly welcoming and courteous. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the property and so sweet!! After touring with Lindsay, we left with a great impression of the property with it being one of our top picks from our entire apartment search. Lindsay is an asset to your company!! The property was amazing and full of awesome amenities; super close to lots of shopping options & restaurants. It is definitely one of the most varied amenities that we’ve seen in any apartment in the area so this is definitely a big plus. The property is also VERY dog friendly which we LOVE.

Lindsey and Kayla are such a blessing they have been extremely helpful. The complex has plenty amenities to choose from I was sold with the theater room😂 I look forward to the new neighbors they’re very inviting & helpful as well. Thank you so much Lindsey & Kayla for making my fiancé & I feel such at home to the new neighborhood!
The leasing agent Samantha Welcoming Knowledgeable Detailed Thorough information. The Apartments and Amenities are Family Friendly and Accommodating, Special Event Space Gym Swimming Pool Barbecue Area Meeting Area Business Packing and Package Area . Everyone was Hospitable and meeting Samantha the lead was Fantastic. The Maintenance was also welcoming and I don't remember the other gentleman's name or title, I must say Brea Wendell Falls N.C Is Spectacular Living Greatly appreciated the Tour.
We have are counting down the days till we can leave. Our experience has been stressful and disheartening at every turn. Staff has worked to resolve a lot of issues (other than giving away a garage we were counting on, they've been great), but they can't help the quality of the building itself. We hear every noise our neighbors make. Walking, talking, adult activities, the loud waterfall noise of water running down the pipes every time anyone above us showers or flushes or uses the sink, barking, yelling, scooting chairs and furniture. It's never quiet in my own home, and I cannot wait to leave. Currently kept awake by our neighbor yelling on the phone that we hear through every vent but most clearly through the water heater closet. This is at 12:30am. Good points: office staff, location to great shopping/restaurants
My experience moving in to Brea of Wendell Falls has been nothing short of amazing. Lindsey and Kayla are exceptionally helpful and friendly and have made my move wonderful and smooth. The complex has wonderful amenities, and all the neighbors are friendly. I feel very safe here, and overall, I give an A+++ to Brea of Wendell Falls. A huge thank you to Lindsey & Kayla for making me feel so welcome and making my move beyond satisfactory.
