They act in bad faith and are callous. On more than one occasion at a meal, they simply did not serve food. Safety standards are very poor, so is hygiene (mice!). My mom fell behind on her payments, I made several in a row for her and yet they sent me back the last one and evicted her. When she needed more time to be placed by Innovage they insisted in throwing her out on the street. Thankfully Innovage interceded. The place provides a low level of care and is dishonest.
It's like every other assisted living/nursing home/SNF. Understaffed and overworked. Families drop off loved ones and call it at that, rarely any visits or anything. If you visit, be nice to the tenants and understand nurses aren't only doing their job, but 2 others' jobs as well.
Well where do i begin. This place abuses their elderly tenants. The place reeks of urine. We had a famkly member and everytime we visited her she had new bruises. We took our damily memeber to the doctor and the doctor told us that they wanted the dr. To prescribe our family member medication to sedate. Absolute horror. I made sever friends with some of the tenants. And they all complained of abuse. The lock them in their rooms and heavily sedate them. Please think twice about sending your loved ones to this facility
Our father in heaven send your protective angels to protect my nana & all other tenants at this facility and keep them out of harm’s way bless All staff members with patience's understanding and strength fill their hearts with love and consideration for others amen. My nana was housed here around February this year by her ex mother-in-law placed her here against her own will and behind my back I have not been there to visit do to my health I am quadriplegic and cannot give physical care I have my own house and I am working on finding friends family even strangers to help me give my nana care here at home. Te Quiero Mucho nana and I will be there by the end of this year hopefully sooner to get you out and bring you home
