My mother has been in memory care here for 2 years and I can’t say enough about how caring and attentive they are. The administrators as well as the nurses and CNAs all deserve the highest praise I can give for their consistent care and patience. I absolutely recommend Brandel.
Since my mother has been staying there a few situations came up that I thought deserved attention. I voiced my concerns or complaints to the administration. They told my sister who is the POA that if we continue to complain that they would have to expel my mother from the facility. I did an investigation and discovered that they can not legally do that. Only if my mother poses a danger or payments are stopped can they legally do this. Apparently this facility is partially built on lies. In a situation I had where an employee was slacking off and not caring for my mom properly I called her on it and she lied to the administration who backed her up entirely. If you want to put someone someplace that is honest and trustworthy then this is the wrong one
My mother was in the hospital due to a serious fall & dehydration, she was placed with Brandel for about one and a half weeks, after being discharged from the hospital as she needed further care, along with some occupational and physical therapy, The staff there was very welcoming and took great care of her during her stay. Brandel is a very nice facility, my mother raves about the place, how attentive and caring the staff was, ( especially two CNA's Gloria H & Jeff S, also Pooji from therapy ), she was very happy with how great the Rehab program is & she had very few complaints about the food. We would definitely recommend this facility to everyone.
