I'm absolutely thrilled. The rooms are a decent size, and meals are served in a communal area. The caregivers are all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the residents have a lot of freedom here compared to other facilities. They always ask beforehand whether residents want something or not. Unfortunately, I've had quite different experiences. I can only recommend Brambor.

I'm very satisfied; the communication is quick and the nurses and carers are super nice. If problems arise, they're discussed clearly and openly, and together we find a solution that works for both parties. It was difficult for me to leave my mother at first, but at Waldheim on Härtel Straße, I know she's in good hands. A very special thank you goes to Nurse Christin, a wonderful person; you can feel her passion for her job.
