My husband and I moved into Bradley Place in March. We were amazed at the space these apartments have. We couldn't imagine living anywhere else. The rent pricing is fair and the apartment is beautiful. We love living here. There is a laundry area on every floor also with fair pricing. There is a trash disposal area on every floor. Computer room and a gym area on the first floor. There is a community room with a full kitchen. Also there are many stores and dining places in close proximity. The neighbors here are so very kind. Also the office manager is very helpful and kind. The building is kept very well and the maintenance staff is very knowledgeable. Mail boxes are inside and secure. This is a secure building as well. We highly recommend Bradley Place.

The carpet on the 2nd floor hallway looks extremely dirty and disgusting. It has been like this since I Moved in 3 years ago.I've requested numerous times to have the rug scrubbed.As it's extremely embarrassing when I have company.Come and they have to walk down that disgusting looking hall carpet. I'm told that they can't yet it improved By corporate to have it scrubbed. My rent has gone up $50.At least every year that I have been here one year it actually went up seventy five dollars . So I'm paying almost at $900 soon.And I have to live with a filthy rug. It's very hard to get simple things fixed.Apparently we do not have a large enough maintenance crew as there is only one employee that I know of and they have to take care of two buildings. I love my beautiful apartment and I have made so many wonderful friends. I want to extend a special thank you to Ashley, our secretary and Paul, maintenance supervisor, for keeping Bradley Place a very clean, happy and safe environment.
First of all I have been here 9years and our new manager is so wonderful and have told her if she leaves I'm leaving with her. She takes interest in all of us here helps us all out when need be. She is the best manager we've had and takes pride in everything here. I love being at Bradley Place.
Have lved here since 2019. Place has a great manager, Ashley, who is so helpful. We have 2 bedroom spacious apartments, laundry room on each floor, lots of friendly people and clean surroundings. I enjoy my home here and the friends I've made.
