There is ubiquitous drug activity, there are several "tenants" that house homeless relatives and provide a space for their drug dealers to do their "business" criminal activity is rampant and management does nothing. The police don't even respond to calls from there and they refer the caller to property management. Very dangerous place.

My friends sister lives here. She has s studio apartment. The building has 7 floors with two elevators. It's nice and clean with easy access for the residences there. It's mainly for senior citizens and low income patrons.
My friend lives there it is very nice apartments for assisted living.
