We moved pur parents after 5 years away from here recently to a much better residence. While the food is good and a few exceptional staff members were appreciated, just do your research. Most families will not give negative reviews.

This facility is so warm and welcoming. The staff are always saying hello, the food is amazing and they genuinely love their jobs. The residents are always happy. Definitely highly recommend this place for anyone truly.
What an amazing place to spend the last of your life with amazing welcoming staff. The people are like family and are treated as so. Each staff member truly cares about what there doing and the residents. Highly recommend this facility.
Ignore the one star review, all healthcare facilities were on a lockdown during Covid. This is an awesome place, and everyone you ask loves living here. Great, hard-working care team; extremely passionate to those who call this place home. Good job Bozeman Health!
This facility has handled the Covid crisis in the most cruel and inhumane way ever. Their knee-jerk reaction is to immediately lock every person in their room for weeks and months at a time if anyone tests positively even if close contact was not made. The residents are unable to leave for anything other than a medical appointment (even a walk around the building) even if they have been vaccinated. Hillcrest did not allow me a compassionate in person visit to tell the boyfriend of my mother that she had died. I offered to take all precautions recommended by the CDC and even get tested. But all they would offer is for a staff person who was observed in a public event not wearing a mask to comfort him instead! You also can not count on management to keep promises made on moving from independent living to assisted. Many residents have been refused when they counted on it being available. These poor people have been jailed more times than I can count and their mental health has been declining steeply. All their human rights have been taken away. I'm so glad my mother was not an inmate of this facility.
