My mother has been at Boutwells Landing for several years. She loved it. She has made friends and plays a lot of bridge. It is not inexpensive but a very nice place to live for a senior citizen.

There is favoritism for certain residents and staff, and the rules only apply to some people. Treatment of staff is deplorable in recent years, incredibly toxic workplace where management can do petty and inappropriate things to employees and HR will still side with them. They expect maximum capacity work at all times (but only from some people) while offering below industry average pay for the area. Would love to see the report if State inspectors showed up undercover instead of in plain sight as well.
We had excellent care in the TCU! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, kind and so responsive! Highly recommend for anyone needing transitional care!
I want to give a shout out to my nurses that took great care of me during my brief stay!Huge shout out to your physical therapy and occupational team as well!Just days after my surgery your physical therapy team had me walking, climbing in and out of bed by myself with having two immobilizer braces I learned to do the impossible with help from not only physical therapy but occupational therapy as well! I can't wait to return to visit my friends and show them walking without a walker or braces on! Thank you for playing an important role in my recovery and cheering me on every step of the way!
My Grandpa came to Boutwells after having a heart attack. The quality of care he received was amazing! He previously stayed at another place in Stillwater and it was horrible ! My grandma described Boutwells as “walking into heaven, such a beautiful place.” The staff really took the time to work with him each and everyday to get him in the best shape possible, as well as focus on any special care he needed. We’re always there with any requests or questions , kept the family updated throughout the whole process and had therapy 6 days a week! Cannot day enough good things about Boutwells! Thank you so much for helping my Grandpa so he could come home as soon as possible!
