Truly exceptional. What Boon Ridge has given me and my family is by far worth more than any amount of money and that’s peace & trust knowing my mother is truly cared for. My mother calls this place her home now for 6 years! She has had great experiences from outings, festivities to living comfortably in her apartment. My career in longterm care is 31 years deep and I absolutely love caring for people and to be able to stand by Boon Ridge Senior Living is a testament to their dedication and commitment to offer a great choice for the community they serve. A thank you personally to Alicia, Teresa and all the staff who make it possible for me to just be my mothers daughter ❤️

I have been working at this facility for over 5 years now, started as a med tech and worked my way up to med room manager. This is my home; I enjoy coming to work daily and seeing my coworkers and residents happy. We have had longevity of managers on the assisted living side. I am blessed to be working with an amazing team!!
Severe lack of trained staff, it should be required to be certified as a care giver. I know this would affect the company's bottom line, so they would never without raising costs to over 8k. The call lights dont seem to work, all our loved ones personal items went missing (all her clothes & all her shoes, despite us purchasing several 6+ pairs. It's a travesty that our sick and elderly people don't have trained, well-paid caregivers. They have a high turnover rate and a lack of empathetic caregivers, who have bad attitudes and seem bothered interacting with family or actually caring for humans.
Great staff, lovely building, fun outings. So supportive and understanding of many transitional points in life. They truly know and care about the people who live there.
Caring staff, clean facility, good meals with variety/choices. Staff supporting the reception/lobby are fantastic - warm, inviting, extremely helpful!
