This is a beautiful newly established home. It seems the design was well thought of. Unfortunately, the upper management care more about the way the place looks rather then care . Short staffed! A full commercial kitchen that doesn’t get used! Food unfit to sustain the elderly! Bolton Clarke is all about the dollar they can get in! Absolute joke of a facility and needs to be audited!! Start looking after the residents with decent care and meals!! Start using the kitchen you built to achieve standard and yet still sits unused ever!! Shame on you BC!!!
Excellent retirement villages, and Aged care residential services provided by this place! Lovely clean units and gardens, friendly staff and Bolton Clarke is Australia’s largest ‘Not-For-Profit’ Aged Care Provider. Very impressive 😊
The staff do a brilliant job, however I do believe they are under staffed on weekends. Which is a little frustrating for the elderly in the home.
My darling mum was a resident at Bolton Clarke for many years till her death in September 2020.Mum was very well looked after and l was so grateful Jessie could spend her last years here.
