I came to Bolton Clarke Cazna Gardens as an agency nurse. I never work aged care and expected the worst based on media propaganda about the aged care sector. I went there for the one shift and ended up working the whole week. I enjoyed it that much. What I found is that the residents here were happy and well looked after. Accommodations we’re made for couples to live in double rooms and there was opportunity for a more independent living… to progress to a more full care throughout the different buildings of the site.
