I'm extremely disappointed in Boden. They tell you everything is ok... take your money and at the last moment, turn down your loved one... because of a normal dementia sundowning event. Tell me, if they can't handle 1 sundowning event... how can they possibly care for multiple dementia patients? So it stands to reason they should not be accepted as a memory care facility. I would NOT place my loved one here unless you simply don't care what happens. Update: Cynthia is great... it's the intake staff I question... particularly the nurse... who obviously does NOT understand dementia at all. Now, my loved one has passed. I am happy she did not go to Boden and is now resting in His hands.

The staff who took care of my grandma were wonderful, but the “customer service” after her passing was very disappointing. Office staff never called to discuss final steps, even after multiple emails.
Cynthia is at the front desk and always willing to help anyone! Her front area is decorated so nice & homey! This place is clean and very nice, I would definitely go there if needed to. Keep up the good work…..
This is an awesome place. Very clean with nice outdoor spaces. Cynthia Harris is the first contact, always a smile plus positive-can do spirit! She often makes herself available off hours to handle needs of the staff and residents. Kudos Boden !
This place is beautiful. I just have to also give a shout out to Cynthia Harris. The things she does for the residents and guests, is nothing short of amazing. She has a big heart and it shows through interactions with her!
