Blue Stream Rehab & Nursing is a facility with the greatest Rehab i have ever seen, My grandmother is currently here for a short term as she fell and broke her hip, she is almost fully recovered due to the good in house therapists and staff, The service and loving care to their residents is way and beyond, its great, they always hire the most professional staff members to give the best care possible, their food is home style, Always fresh, testy & delicious so the residents always feel at Home. The rooms are always great smelling & fresh, the team is always here to help. As they are opening their doors to the wing that was just newly renovated to the most modern up to date art ,i also got a chance to be one of the people visiting today ( as you could see in the pictures a lot of people came to visit including the Mayer and the Sharif ) It was truly beautiful, I walked through the new unit, really impressed with the good job they did... I would suggest anyone who is looking for a good environment you should send your beloved ones here ... Was this helpful?

I am a volunteer at Blue Stream Rehab Facility and it has been an amazing experience. I have learned so much in my time there and it truly is a wonderful place. You can really tell how much the staff cares about the patience by how they take there time to help them with every need. It truly is an amazing facility. They strive to provide the right amount of assistance and personal independence with individualized care. They truly create a positive experience and enviroment at Blue Stream Rehab Facility.
This place is a terrible place to bring your loved one. They never answer the phone. The staff does not care especially the new administrator. When I finally talked to Dawn (administrator) on the phone, she was very nasty and dismissive. She did not care about my concerns. The last Administrator Rhonda is the only administrator they had that truly cared in the past few years. I see why she resigned because this place is truly a mess with terrible leadership from the owners. The place stinks and the floors are terrible especially since they got rid of the old maintenance director. All these 5 star reviews are fake and made by the owners. They don’t even have know how to spell correctly if you look carefully. They would get a ZERO star if it wasn’t for my review getting possibly getting taken down.
I am so grateful for the care my loved one is currently receiving at Blue Stream Rehab and Nursing. The food is also excellent and I like that they offer activities for patients as an alternative to television. I truly sleep better at night knowing my loved one is under their watchful supervision.
I just wanted to share my experience with Blue Stream. I recently had a family member in the facility and cannot express my gratitude to the management team along with the nurses. They went above and beyond with love and caring for our family member, as well as, the family when visiting. Therapy that was offered was again wonderful. I would definitely recommend the rehab to anyone that is looking for a safe and overall great facility to get well in.
