We just moved our Mom to this facility and have not experienced anything short of great. Morgan Potts, the Admissions Director has truly gone above and beyond facilitating the move for our Mom. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. The medical staff have been attentive to my Mom’s needs. The Executive Director stopped in to introduce himself to my Mom which was again a “check mark” for a caring staff. Not everyone belongs in the healthcare field especially when caring for our elderly population however, this facility has found a winning combination!!!

If I could rate this place a 0, I would. My grandmother was sent there for supposedly therapy for recovery because she came out from intensive care. This place did not even change her diaper, clean her, even more they did not even feed her!!!! This place is a mess. Please do not put any of your loved ones here. This place is nasty, and no om deserves to be here. The staff sucks as the place. No one knows how's nothing, and all they do for what I can see is to collect a check. Here are some pictures of the room that my grandma was, is nasty as hell.
It was very nice place and the coordinator was friendly .The prices were a little high for me . Guess I need a regular apartment just 1 bed 1bath lest than 1,300
I have lived in Blue Palms for 1/34 years and I am very happy. I live almost right across the fountains and when the weather is nice, I open the the windows, and I hear the gurgling of the Fountains. It’s very soothing. As for the staff, you can look hard, but you will never find another hardworking crew. Lynnmarie, Tony, Tammy, Chef, Calvin, Pauline, Marie, Lupe, and Carol (the staff that I know the best), are not only hardworking people, but also so very kind and compassionate. And finally, the Residents are very kind and friendly. I don’t want to list all of my friends here as I know that I would leave someone out. It’s a very good environment to live in when there are so many nice, hardworking, and caring people.
I have been living at Blue Palms for a year now. I live in the Fountain area and love it. I have a small area that I have planted flowers and made my own. There is daily activities for everyone. The resident are very friendly and the staff is great. When I moved in it was called Good Samaritan and was bought by Blue Palms in June. The Blue Palms owners are trying hard to make this a five star senior living facility.
