Blue Lake post acute has met all my expectations. I left a new man. I want to personally think the admission team for all the kindness and care and attention that I received from them both, but I have to give a personal thank you to Mrs. Sara admission who took the time out to purchase me more drawing supply so I could continue my passion The care that I receive from all the nurses and staff here is wonderful. I also want to say thank you to the rehab team because of you guys I was able to leave out a new man with all my needs met. I wanna give a special thank you to dietary who always cooked an amazing meal. I can always go to the kitchen and ask for extra Food and snacks. This place has done an amazing turnaround. It was very easy for me to express myself to anyone in the facility. I love the fact that activities has different Activities daily it just was a place that I felt welcomed. I was always happy. I’m left here with a smile on my face again thank you blue light for all that you do. I recommend this place to anyone Juan Ortiz.

I don't know where to start. I came into this building, not able to move walk anything I received the best care from the wonderful rehab team all staff members were great. Administration team always check on me through out the day they made me feel at home here. I never felt like I was In a facility so as I am doing this review, I honestly want to say I recommend this place to anyone for any type of care that they provided 10 stars
Stay away from this facility. They are by far the worst facility my husband was in out of 3 different facilities in this area. The staff is very unprofessional and don't know what they're doing. They'll talk a big talk if you go there for a tour but don't believe a word they say. The care your loved one will get is horrible. They don't communicate at all with the family and good luck trying to reach someone to get information or answers or if you're there and need something for your loved one they'll ignore you or tell you they're too busy.
Blue lake post acute earns a 100 in rehab therapy, which has greatly enhanced my well being. Upon arrival, I was in poor shape, but now I'm departing without reliance on a walker or wheelchair All CNA'S Nurses and administrators deserve a 100. I received exceptional care. I strongly recommend this facility for rehab or long term care needs.
My stay was short ,but while there the care was good.They are very clean,and food service was always timely with a great variety. Help was there when you needed it...like any other business in healthcare,if there are rough edges,speak up and they are sure to meet your needs. Thank you and Many blessings to the hard working staff.👍🙏🦋
