My mother in law lives there. She seems very happy. Lots of friendly neighbours. Has its own Medical Centre next door. Large area for caravan storage. They organise lots of trips to special events etc. Very clean. Has its own pool. Lawn bowls. Library. Gardeners etc.

Awful place, simply stay away. The owners seems to have found a way of legally exploiting the elder community. If you 'buy' into this village, you simply buy to the right to live their for monthly rent. If you sell or pass away they simply own the property and all you get in any gain (if any). They exploit their residents and simply see how much they can get off them while residing there. They treat all residents as a commodity that they can milk money from. So many places out there that offer real care, please avoid this place and read what you are signing before signing up to handing over your life long house ownings to them
My in-laws and now my brother in-law live there are ALL are delighted with the place. Good facilities, well maintained reasonabaly priced.
