This building is very nice, quiet, and great ambiance. I made sure to look at the reviews before my grandparents moved here. The reason for the 1 star is due to consistent flooding on the first floor of my grandparents apartment. All of the elderly on the first floor are suffering from this issue. The flooding is sewage water with a stench of fecal matter and urine. This is not healthy for my grandparents and It’s occurred a minimum of once a week in the past 3 months. I will leave this review here until there is a permanent solution made because as of this moment my grandparents have only seen temporary solutions. Once this serious hazard gets fixed I will update my review. - Edit: Management has resolved the matter in what seems to be a permanent solution. My grandparents are thankful as am I for the attention. I’ve changed my review from 1, to 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My Aunt just moved in and is so please with not only the level of Service from Ebony, Chris and Mohammed but how kind her neighbors are. Ms. Ruby is a delight. Ebony always replies quickly and professionally. The management team is by far amazing! I would recommend Birchwood to any senior!
