My aunt lives there and said this was a smoke free building but it's not. Some residents smoke in their apartment which can be smelled in the hallway outside of their door. Rules can be broken there and even Engernan management doesn't care. So if you need an apartment that let's you do anything you want this place is for you. There are numerous unauthorized under 62 living with relatives there. There are also homeless people living outside of the bldg. This is nrot a safe place to reside.

I live there and it's ok but the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything!!!
