Great hospitality at Bickford of West Des Moines! I can see the residents are on the Higher Path. I was welcomed with a warm smile and friendly caregivers.
I recently volunteered at Bickford of West Des Moines to decorate for the Christmas season. I was very impressed with the employees’ commitment to making Bickford a great place for the residents to live. In my time I spent there I could tell that part of the culture is to make the residents number one. Employees go out of their way to put a smile on the residents’ faces. They truly went the extra mile to make sure that the Christmas season was special for all of their residents at Bickford. It made me feel like my time was well spent to help out an organization the cares so much about their residents. I would recommend Bickford to anyone looking for an assisted living facility or even just more information about assisted living facility for the future.
I went there to see how it would be for me. The person who was the most impressive was a nurse Lyon. She was so helpful and full of knowledge. When the time comes this is definitely the place I will go. You have a fantastic person there Nurse Lyon is the very best anywhere. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bickford of West Des Moines! The staff is very attentive to the residents always making sure all of their day to day needs are met as well as fun activities to participate in. It is very organized, clean & safe definitely a homelike environment. I highly recommend a tour if you are looking for assisted living for yourself or a loved one. The sales staff answered all of my questions throughly.
