My aunt Margaret has been there for three years and we love it. She really enjoys the small atmosphere and the staff are very kind and engaged with the residence. I volunteer there once a week and enjoy the residence and love seeing the care provided to them. I think it is really important that the residents have activities to keep them active and using their minds as much as possible. The activity Director Sam is very kind and is trying to provide as many activities as she can. The Director Eileen has always been quick to respond when I have questions or concerns and , we especially love Grace up in the front office. I would recommend Bickford of Chesterfield any day of the week.

My mom is a resident at Bickford and we’re very pleased with her care. Sam, the activity director, keeps the residents busy and engaged. It’s a small assisted living so everyone gets personalized attention. The director, Eileen, is very available and listens to any concerns. I would recommend Bickford for your loved one
This building exudes warmth and love! Beautiful community, family owned, and family oriented culture. They have a great leadership team! Meeting Grace (nurse) and Eileen (Director) was a pleasure! My #1 choice for Senior Living in Chesterfield! Also, they are all on 1 floor making it ideal place to age in place for seniors!
Very friendly and pleasant place to have a loved one in their care. The programs are wonderful and cater to everyone! The activity director, Sam M., does a great job making the activities fun and inclusive! I would recommend Bickford Senior Care!!
My name is Bogdan Grynyk, an optometrist for Outreach Eyecare, a mobile optometry service affiliated with many local assisted care/nursing facilities around Richmond. I had the pleasure of servicing Bickford of Chesterfield for their residents eye needs. Their staff was phenomenal, everyone was very friendly and eager to help. The residents all seemed to be enjoying their time there, socializing amongst themselves and smiling. The facility looked new and I saw many amenities while there, including group activity rooms, spa room , and even a hair salon. I’d recommend the facility to anyone.
