Not where you want to work or have a loved one live. I would never place either of my folks here. Very young staff seem to run the show. Lots of entitlement from these staff members. No actual on sight director available. Kitchen is all kinds of health code violations. Staff will only use disposables to eat from/with. Two very hard working cooks and an awful kitchen manager run the meals. It’s kind of the wild Wild West at Bickford House in Bloomington Il.

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to be cared for. Facility staff are very hospitable to the residents and guests. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional, which made this process so much less stressful. We were greeted immediately with warmth, compassion and kindness. I was so impressed with the facility! It’s spacious, clean & welcoming. There were plenty of activities and amenities available to the residents and the staff truly make a difference in their residents quality of life. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful facility. Wish I could leave more stars. Be rest assured if you have a loved one in this facility, they’re in great hands!
This is an amazing place for seniors to come and thrive. The activities are so fun and the residents really love participating. The facility I always clean and smelling clean. When and if I retire, I would love to come and live here. The administrator is amazing and she really cares about the staff as well as the residents. If you are looking for a wonderful place for your loved ones, Bickford is the place to be⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have seen the wonderful events the staff puts on for their residents. I know from experience when taking care of elderly they need something to look forward to. This place does an amazing job. Shout out to their coordinator Quonny for all the love and care she puts in to her job. You can tell she treats them as if they were her own family. ❤️
Bickford of Bloomington is really top notch for care of their residents from top to bottom. The staff is friendly and very caring for all residents. The building improvements being made by them really shows the passion. Maintenance worker Casey Jackson has showed the dedication he has for making Bickford inviting and comfortable for the residents and staff. He always goes above and beyond for the facility with a sense of perfection to make Bickford a premier senior living facility, striving to make it the best out there. Keep up the good work Bickford!!!!
