This place has gotten so bad! It used to be great, but the new upper management is so incompetent. They have let all the maintenance fall apart. They are RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL and COMPLETELY UNCARING. They just want the seniors to stay in their apartment and not ever come out. Like a prison. They want to take their money, shut up , and stay inside their room. The director says things that violate their rights and is a liar!!! Franklin County Adult Protective Services has been called on them seval times. The management tries to exact retaliation against residents who report problems. They illegally try to evict people for almost any reason. They try to rule this place like a concentration camp. They are cruel, UNCARING and completely only after their money and if you complain then they try to evict you or your parent as retaliation. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!!!!!!!!! I am also filing a complaint with Adult Protective Services and the Attorney General. This is major senior abuse at this place!
