My mother was in memory care at Hawthorne Place for a little over three years. The staff was wonderful, very professional and caring. The facility feels serene and is always clean and well-maintained. I am grateful that I found this place where I felt she was safe and well-care for in her final years.

I absolutely love this place and all the people constantly engaged to run it so wonderfully. From the moment you enter a very courteous receptionist will welcome you! The staff as you run into them while you visit could not be more friendly or helpful. They all take a vested interest in each resident! Then the Nurses who make sure everyone is ok all day & every day! They are most informative if you have a loved one there as I do and they all make sure I know what I need to know! Last but never least are the Ladles who contribute immensely to the smooth running of the entire facility. This is their resident counselor and their executive director. Always having a moment or moments for everyone, residents, staff, visitors. It’s all so great PAS
My mother has been a resident here for almost a year and I have to say I am very impressed with the care my mother has received. The staff is very caring, professional, and I can tell they truly care about the residents. Lea Ann was great to deal with when moving my mother to Hawthorne. She was very organized, answered all of my questions, and would always get back to me via phone or email. I have dealt with Lisa, the director, several times and each time has been such a pleasant experience. She manages the facility well and it is reflected in the care the residents receive. I am so thankful my mother is in such a fantastic community.
Hawthorne Place is awesome. Lisa Reynolds and her team do an amazing job caring for the residents. This is a small, family like facility. When Mom came home from rehab after being in the hospital, the nurses, CNA's and residents were so excited to see Mom and get her settled back in. It was very touching and let us know we have her at the right place. There are no words to express how much we love this place. When Mom is better, they have various activities every day to keep the residents busy. My Mom enjoys the food but they will also make something else for them if they don't like what is being served that day.
My wife and I recently assisted my mom in choosing an assisted living facility. Even though my mom picked a different facility, the staff at Hawthorne Place was extremely helpful and professional in helping my mom make her decision. Lea Ann was wonderfully caring and her assistance and positive demeanor made this process much easier. Thank you.
