5/05/25...All of what has been written in other reviews is true, what was a nice place to live has turned into 'Gardner Ghetto' to say the least . It has drastically changed in the last two years. Their is no snow removal or concern about renters safety people have had to get their own families to remove snow or remain trapped in for days at a time canceling appointments even when the main streets are clear and dry our parking lots are slushy and re-freeze nightly making safety impossible, no salt put down. There are also trees split down the center hanging over our cars in the parking lot that have been reported to the management by several residents but to no avail. Seven security lights in phase one have been out for over one year and management was well aware of. What once was well taken care of has turned into a dump, what was well taken lawns are overgrown with weeds .Potholes in the roads with curbing cracking apart in chunks. No one should have to experience this especially in their latter years. I hope the City of Gardner will correct the situation or remove it from their website as being a lovely place to finish your years because it is now become a nightmare.

They scam their tenants into thinking they will get a good experience out of living here. My grandma has never had anything but difficulty from them. I wouldn't recommend living here unless it's a last resort situation.
My friend rented here for thirteen years. Was very happy until she had to move out needing to be closer to family out of state. She then received a bill for things that were not true. Like trash removal, when I was there and there was no trash left. And trying to charge her for another months rent. This is what poor management is. This bill has a total of over $2000.00. this is not somewhere I would ever choose to live if they treat our elderly this way.
Lived there 5 years and saw the landscape go from beautiful to weeds, but Rent went up every year while services and complex care went to hell. Never again. Overpriced!
My husband and I moved in June 1st, 2021. We love our little abode! We have downsized enough to fit in the two bedroom- one bathroom. One of our grandkids live a few blocks away and we are delighted when she rides her bike to see us. She is 9 years old. The electric is the utility we pay and were pleased with a reasonable monthly bill, even running the A/C constantly in this summer heat. We love our neighbors but rarely see them. It’s quiet and very private. We love our mornings sitting on our porch!
