Resident had NO SHOES on but was sent on outing anyways. Plus when a member of family called to speak to a house manager of staff in charge they were RUDELY Spoken to and HUNG UP ON. This type of behavior is NOT ACCEPTABLE OR EXCUSABLE. You neglected to make sure resident was PROPERLY Ready for this outing. I know things are crazy in the morning in Assistant livings BUT MAKE SURE THINGS ARE DONE PROPERLY.

This assisted living is not one of the good ones. From first hand experience, the residents are being yelled at and treated like children by the manager and punished by the staff. If a resident is not “behaving” then the staff is told to send them to their rooms. There is no registered nurse available 24 hrs, and there are countless med errors that happen on the daily. Complaints from residents are dismissed and often times never given a second thought. These residents deserve much better. I don’t know how this place is still open.
