My mother needed physical rehab for 8-10 weeks after a bad fall. This facility is awful. After just 2 nights we moved her home and trying to figure out a new plan. Medicine would be brought an hour after needing it, nurses acted annoyed at her needs showed no genuine care for her well-being. Once it was claimed her pain medicine had been given to her when it was not- we suspect the nurse pocketed the pills. The place is clean, the physical therapist staff is good but the CNAs, manager and nurses just do not care.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Krista Dennis who is the Head of Admissions at Bethany Woods Nursing Home. I had a good friend who needed a short term rehab bed after his surgery. While Bethany Woods did not have one available at their facility, Ms. Dennis worked with me diligently to find a bed at one of their other facilities in Mint Hill. She returned all of my calls promptly and had the answer to all of my questions. She is a true professional and the experience was excellent. My friend is most appreciative.
My wife is a resident of this establishment n I am so glad we chose Bethany woods for her .. the management is superior to any other I talked with. I highly recommend if you are looking for tender caring folk look no further.. the nurses perrsonal n genuine care given is in my family’s opinion. On a possible scale from 1 to 10 ..we’ll it’s a 11!! Some people don’t understand the importance of care for your loved ones..I do it’s nice not to have to worry about my cherished possession being mistreated.. what more can I say?? Exceptional quality n lots of kindness!! You guys rock!!♥️
A great place I don't have nothing bad about this place the staff was good to my wife.i would go there myself if I needed to.
My initial rating was four stars. I stand by that. After my Father was admitted, they took really good care of Dad. He passed on October 29th, 2023. I found the receptionists friendly and competent. The staff was engaging, professional and concerned about my father. They have a system of checks and balances, to make sure they give the best care. The facility is remotely located. The people who work in the location are very kind, very caring people. It's not a fancy place for a nursing home. It is sparse and looks concerning. You can't judge a book by it's cover. The people working there, actually care about patients. When I saw other patients there, they looked like they were being treated very well.
