I would absolutely recommend Bethany Pointe Health Campus to anybody. My mother loved it there it was hard to pick a nursing home for her to have her rehab to home. Once she got in there she absolutely love this place we love the people from the nurses to the AIDS to the housekeepers to the cooks servers everybody was amazing. They took such good care of our mother and they treated her just like family they took very good care of us because unfortunately my mother had cancer she had a stroke when unconscious they still were amazing not only to my mother but to our family. The staff brought down a big cart filled with drinks coffee water snacks for our family they continue to check on my mother we have staff that came in on their day off to check on her I 100% would recommend this place to anybody you cannot ask for anybody that's more like family to take care of your own family. They accommodated us on Sundays when we come to visit mom the whole family and have dinners or celebrate our birthdays they reserved a whole big room for us cuz that was our tradition at Mom's house was to come eat Sunday lunch with her. They had many activities she loved there she got to make Easter baskets with her grandkids and great grandkids she loved therapy they were amazing with her she got her nails done cuz she was in love with her Easter and as they did for her she got to go to a singing and a brunch, she was also able to visit the beauty shop when she loved ❤they just really treated her well and she enjoyed it and she loved playing Bingo and she met some really great people that became her friends. Our mother passed on Easter morning she went home to be with our Jesus and the staff was even amazing through that they mourned with us I left us a sweet note for when we came back to take her things out they told us to take our time I have never been so impressed with a nursing facility and their staff in all my life. The whole staff truly went above and beyond and they were very sincere very loving and very caring very special shout out to Nurse Amy who worked on second shift she always took very great care of our mother and treated her just like she was her mother or grandmother ❤❤👍👍

My Mom broke her hip, and had to go to Bethany Point for inpatient therapy. She had excellent care, from the aids to the nurse practitioner. She had therapy 5 times a week. The therapist were very good. She had a very nice big clean room. House keeping came in every day to clean and vacuum her room. The food was very good, she had 3 great means a day, she was able to pick her meals. They always had snacks she could get, fountain drinks when she wanted.All the nurses, and the aids were very good, and very knowledgeable. If we had a question they would have an answer or find the answer for us. We would recommend Bethany Point to anyone, family or friends.
The nurse and staff have become family to us. When I left to run home or an errand and I told the staff they were faithful in checking on my mother. I truly wish I could take them all home with us. I believe that God takes the bad things that happen and turns them around for blessings and I do believe that this experience that happened to my mother was for us to meet some wonderful folks at Bethany Pointe. We love you all
Bethany Point offers a variety of levels of care. We have only been there for the rehab but the staff is very helpful and kind. They have a very open door policy to allow us to come and go. They also have so many different activities there is always something for the residents to participate in. We had a few concerns with our loved one and they went above and beyond to help us find solutions that works for all of us. They even allowed us to have her 90th birthday party in one of the dinning rooms as well as we had our family Christmas dinner there. I know staffing changes and can make all the difference but I will forever recommend people to go in and check them out.
I have lived here nine months as an Independent Living Senior and am so happy to be here. The incredibly caring Staff create such a positive, safe living environment wherein new friendships are easily made with opportunities to learn, to solve problems, as well as to just have fun.
