As a case manager who frequents a number of ALFs, this particular one is a real gem. It'll become clear why, when you meet the administrator, Donya Cloud & her hand picked staff. It's immaculately clean, and you will feel like family once you get to know the Staff. My testimony for this facility was so strong, I placed one of my own loved ones there as a resident. He loves it there & has been welcomed by the staff & all the residents like family. It's easy to see why they are generally at full capacity.

The facility is trash . As soon as I came in and greeted April .. she wouldn’t even greet back . I came in for an interview .. and found out through a patient what was going on with the interview & the reason why I had to wait for a hour without no one speaking to me and communicating with me to set something else up. I called to see if I could reschedule and was told they weren’t even hiring anymore because if I wanted the job I would have stayed. This is very unprofessional and the atmosphere matches just the way the building looks.. DISGUSTING 🤮
I am very pleased with the experience of having to place my mother for help with her elder care. It can be difficult at times to reach the administrator, Donya, but her assistant, April picks up the difference. They keep me informed of her needs which is essential since Mother no longer has family nearby.
I met Lesley the Activities Director at Best Care when she reached out to the community asking for books to expand the facilities library. Since then I have tried to help out whenever possible. The most recent idea Lesley had for the residents was Trunk or Treat...The residents seemed to really enjoy it. She truly only wants the best for her residents.
Visiting Best Care to facilitate a dementia, empathy training, experience. It’s nice to pop in and find the residents enjoying lunch and participating in activities. The care team is friendly and hospitable. Best Care has a cozy, home-like atmosphere and the seniors who call this assisted living community home seem very happy.
