This is a very nice place to live, and the manager -- Jen Abel -- is very caring, involved, and aware. The building itself is quite new; it has numerous amenities (including outdoor/indoor parking, washer/dryer in each units, dishwasher, garbage chutes, very low utility bills, strong water pressure, exercise room (with tv & modern equipment/machines). Very tidy! The location is superb: Walking distance to Downtown Square, main library, restaurants/bars, banks, churches/houses of worship, and parks/walking paths along the stunning Wisconsin River. It is a very clean/organized building, with a designated maintenance person/handyman. Two elevators. Lounges (with kitchen & pool table) as well as an outdoor patio. On public bus routes ... and in a very convenient, safe location. (I lived here four years ago, with fond memories.)

Jen is amazing! She goes above and beyond to ensure that all residents feel welcomed and valued. Jen is incredibly knowledgeable about the building and its amenities. Whenever I have a question or concern, she is always ready with a solution or a helpful piece of advice. Her expertise and attention to detail are evident in the way she manages the property, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
I feel so fortunate to be living at Berkshire Stevens Point. The apartments are lovely; the location is terrific; Jen, the property manager, is great at her job and is kind and caring, too. You can tell how much she loves seniors. Kevin, the maintenance man, takes care of things quickly and well. A good cleaning staff keeps the whole building clean. I love living across from the river and the green circle trail and about a block from the ADRC and senior center. It's especially convenient to live only a black or two from the library, the farmers market, and Main Street downtown. Several churches are nearby. I've never had a washer and dryer right in my apartment before, and I love it. The community room with kitchenette is spacious and attractive, and it makes me happy that those who want to do make use of it and of the cozy and comfortable reading room. The building is quiet, yet there are various special activities, events, and social gatherings at Berkshire. The outdoor patio off the community room adds much beauty and pleasure during spring, summer, and fall. The waiting list for a garage parking spot was well worth it, and there's even a sturdy indoor bike rack for my bike. I don't know what I'd do without the machine in the exercise room, since they're just what I need at this time. All the residents I've met are friendly and warmhearted. I'm blessed to be at Berkshire Stevens Point.
Jen is fantastic and she is amazing at what she does! Her dedication and empathy for people make her so easy to work with. She is patient, understanding and solves conflicts quickly. I know few people who work as hard as her. Thanks for all you do Jen!
This apartment complex is amazing. My mother lives here and the staff is so helpful. It is kept neat and clean. The residents are helpful and it's like a little family. It is very secure building. In a very safe area of town, I have no problem walking my mom's dog at 11 pm. If anyone is considering this it is a great property to live in.
