as my third family member makes their appearance at Berkshire for rehabilitation, i don’t have enough kind words to say about the staff. they are so involved and so caring it amazes me. life’s never easy when you need to make this decision but my family knows Berkshire was the best choice we’ve ever made to heal our loved one. the facility is always so clean and smells fantastic, we’re looking forward to a speedy recovery this time just like the last few times were :)

I can't thank the team at Berkshire enough for the excellent care they provided during my sister's recovery after surgery. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the facility was clean and well-equipped. The physical therapists tailored sessions to my loved one’s needs and provided great support throughout the process. Communication was clear, and we felt confident in their care every step of the way. Thanks to their dedication, my loved one is recovering well. Highly recommend this facility for anyone seeking top-notch rehabilitation!
My Mother was a resident here during covid there were not allowed any visitors (as it should be) my mother had 2 pieces of jewelry a ring and bracelet she wanted to be buried with the bracelet and I bought her the ring back in 1985 ($3500) back then.. well she passed away and guess what was MISSING! Her jewelry!! Police report made I have pictures of her with the jewelry on while there the nursing home would NOT even address the situation I spoke with the director MANY TIMES!! so if you want your loved ones items STOLEN this is the place for you!! Unfortunately the care she was given which was good aside from the broken hip and emergency surgery (not entirely their fault) is overshadowed by the missing items
My near and dear family friend was in need of short term rehab after becoming very ill and spent months in the hospital; I guided them to Berkshire since I had seen such wonderful things with my own eyes. the staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition from the hospital into the facility. Their priority was comfort, safety, and top-notch care. The therapy team was outstanding—compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping patients regain their strength and independence. The nursing staff was attentive and kind, always making sure she had everything she needed. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, family-like atmosphere. Thanks to the incredible care at Berkshire; she had made a full recovery and felt supported every step of the way. Highly recommend checking them out!
My mom has been in this nursing home for more than six years. I visit her randomly week days, evenings and weekends and I must say she is always well cared for. The staff are attentive and very caring especially the aides. The nurses keep me informed of any changes in her physical or mental conditions. My mom is bedridden and has never had bedsores. I would recommend Berkshire Nursing Home to anyone who needs the services. Continue the good work.
